Welcome to SchoolPulse, an online platform designed to streamline school management processes, including school fee management, school bus fare tracking, canteen fare management, and student identification services.

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws, regulations, or policies governing the App.

2. Service Overview

The App offers the following services:

  • Fee Management: A system for tracking, processing, and managing school fee payment.
  • Bus Fare Management: A system for calculating and tracking school bus fares for students.
  • Canteen Transactions: A system for calculating and managing payments made by students at the school canteen.
  • ID Card Generation: Creation of digital or physical student ID cards containing student details and a unique QR code for attendance and canteen transactions.
  • QR Code Tracking System: Each student’s ID card features a QR code to assist in attendance monitoring, canteen transactions, and school bus checkouts for tracking where students alight.

3. User Accounts

To access the services provided by the App, schools or administrators must create an account.By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

4. School Fees, Bus Fare, and Canteen Management

  • Fee Management: Schools can track payments, generate invoices, and issue receipts through the App.Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information entered into the App is accurate and up to date.

5. Student ID Cards and QR Codes

  • ID Cards: Canteen Transactions
  • Attendance tracking: Attendance tracking
  • Canteen transactions: Students can use their ID cards at the canteen to register purchases, which are tracked by the system.
  • Bus fare tracking: QR codes also allow tracking of when and where students enter and exit the school bus.

NB: Schools must ensure that ID cards are used responsibly and that the QR codes are not misused by unauthorized individuals.

The App collects personal information, including but not limited to student names, school grades, attendance records, bus routes, canteen purchases, and payment histories, to provide its services. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the App or its content is prohibited.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchoolPulse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in data entry or payment processing.
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts.
  • System outages or interruptions affecting access to the App.

Termination of Service & Amendments
